根据公告，Macro Metals将获准从2026年第四季度开始，通过犹他角港口每年出口高达400万吨直接装运矿石(Direct Shipping Ore，指无需经过选矿处理即可直接装船出口的高品位矿石)。这一关键里程碑的达成，使公司能够完成项目融资和承购协议(Offtake Agreement，指矿产品预先销售协议)的最终谈判。 Extension Iron Ore Project拥有1610万吨的指示矿产资源量(Indicated Mineral Resource，指矿产资源分类中确定性较高的资源量)，铁品位达54.2%。
经过干筛处理后，预计可产出1129万吨铁品位为57.16%的高品质铁矿石。该项目不仅将为Macro Metals带来采矿服务收入，公司还通过股东大会批准收购了该项目27.3%的股权，使股东能够分享矿石销售带来的额外利润。
