在Robex提出的修订方案中，Predictive股东在合并后实体(指两家公司合并后形成的新公司)中的持股比例从此前的51.0%提升至53.5%。作为Predictive的最大股东，Perseus承认这一所有权比例的“边际改善”。然而，Perseus管理层坚持认为，其原有的收购提议价值更高，并指出近期Predictive的股价表现持续低于其收购提议所隐含的价值，这便是市场认为其方案更优的证据。
