Flagship Minerals Limited (ASX：FLG) 今日宣布，已收到战略合作伙伴山东鑫海矿业技术装备股份有限公司（Xinhai）的第二笔125万澳元资金，标志着双方合作进入新阶段。这笔资金是在Xinhai完成对Pantanillo金矿项目的尽职调查后支付的，此前Xinhai代表团于12月中旬实地考察了项目现场。
Xinhai作为全球知名的矿业EPC(工程、采购和施工总承包)服务商，此次投资总额达到250万澳元。除了资金支持外，Xinhai还将委派其重要股东张钟毅（John Zhang）于2026年1月加入Flagship董事会，为项目带来矿物加工、工程和矿山建设方面的专业经验。
在项目进展方面，Flagship已聘请环境咨询公司Ambiental Y Sectorial开展环境影响评估(Environmental Impact Assessment，简称EIA)工作，基线研究已经启动，预计将在2027年初提交EIA报告。同时，公司正在将现有的105万盎司黄金国外估算量(Qualifying Foreign Estimates，简称QFE)转换为符合JORC(澳大利亚矿产储量联合委员会) 2012标准的矿产资源估算，这项工作预计在未来3-6周内完成。
Flagship董事总经理Paul Lock表示："Xinhai的支持证实了Pantanillo作为未来金矿开发的规模和潜力。环境基线研究的开展标志着项目进入增长新阶段的关键里程碑。"他特别强调，张钟毅先生将带来严谨的思维方式和丰富的业务发展经验。
Pantanillo金矿项目位于智利Maricunga金矿带，目前拥有基于NI 43-101标准的105万盎司黄金资源量，品位为0.69g/t Au。公司计划通过露天开采和堆浸工艺进行开发，并计划在2026年进行扩钻以提高资源量。690公斤的冶金样品已送达中国并开始测试工作。
