试点工厂计划选址于阿根廷，但尚需获得力拓的最终批准。 在合作架构方面，双方明确了清晰的知识产权与资金安排。De Nora将提供电解系统，而RAM则负责盐水的净化与调理、系统集成以及锂氢氧化物(一种用于制造高能量密度电池正极材料的关键化合物)的结晶。各方将保留其原有的知识产权，项目过程中产生的新知识产权将由负责相关范围的一方所有。此项为期三年的协议规定，各方将自行承担其负责范围内的费用，这体现了双方对项目成功的共同承诺和信心。
