Forrestania Resources Limited (ASX: FRS)已正式向Kula Gold Limited (ASX: KGD)发起场外收购要约，提出以1股Forrestania股票换取5.6股Kula股票的换股方案。此次收购要约已于2025年10月14日宣布，收购期间将从2025年12月8日开始，预计于2026年1月8日下午4点（西澳时间）结束，除非要约被延长或撤销。

Forrestania并未宣布其要约为最终要约，保留在面临竞争性收购要约时提高收购对价的权利。 对于海外股东，如果是不合格外国股东，其原本应获得的Forrestania股票将通过指定销售代理出售，净收益将支付给股东。Bell Potter Securities Ltd已被提议担任销售代理，尚待ASIC批准。
