MGX Resources Limited (ASX:MGX) 已完成从Northern Star Resources Limited (ASX:NST)收购Central Tanami Gold Project Joint Venture (CTPJV) 50%权益的交易，支付5000万澳元对价，获得了澳大利亚最高品位的未开发黄金项目之一的一半权益。
