澳大利亚锂矿开发商Prairie Lithium Limited (ASX: PL9)宣布已与Hydro Lithium达成具有约束力的 definitive协议，后者将购买其加拿大萨斯喀彻温省锂项目第一阶段生产的100%产品。
根据协议，Hydro Lithium将收购Prairie Lithium第一阶段150吨/年锂碳酸盐当量（LCE）的全部产出。这一阶段代表了Prairie的初步商业化规模试点运营。作为合作的一部分，Hydro Lithium还将提供并运营价值约1000万澳元的专有锂精炼设备。

Prairie Lithium位于加拿大萨斯喀彻温省的第一阶段设施建设进展顺利，钻井、电力基础设施均已到位，直接提取设备的建筑即将完工，计划于2026年第四季度启动生产。
协议签署后，双方将在第一阶段投产后共同努力，随着Prairie扩大生产规模，大幅增加供应量。协议初始期限为10年（含通常终止权利），经双方同意可续期，最长可达30年。
